QuickVSME helps Swiss SMEs create a VSME Basic Module sustainability declaration as quickly as possible. Here is the full process.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Register at Sign up here with your email. No credit card needed upfront — you pay only when generating the final PDF.

Step 2: Company Information

The wizard starts with company details: name, UID, industry sector, legal form, reporting period, revenue, and balance sheet total. This populates sections B1–B2.

Step 3: Environment and Energy

Enter annual energy consumption:

• Electricity (kWh from utility bills)
• Heating oil (litres) or natural gas (kWh)
• Fleet fuel (litres of diesel/petrol)

QuickVSME automatically calculates Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions using KBOB Ökobilanzdaten 2009/1:2022 factors (e.g., 50,000 kWh electricity × 0.125 = 6,250 kg CO2e). GHG intensity (tCO2e/million CHF) is computed automatically. Water, waste, and pollution data covers B4–B7.

Step 4: Social and Workforce

Enter headcount, FTEs, gender breakdown, contract types, turnover, injuries, lost days, and training hours. This covers B8–B10.

Step 5: Governance

Describe anti-corruption policies, sustainability responsibilities, and any incidents. Covers B11–B12.

Step 6: Evidence Upload

Upload supporting documents (bills, receipts, HR reports) to the Evidence Locker. Not mandatory, but recommended for credibility.

Step 7: Review and Generate

Review entries, check completeness, pay CHF 49, and download your PDF instantly. Available in German, English, French, and Italian.
