By using QuickVSME, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

QuickVSME provides a guided wizard for generating VSME sustainability declarations for Swiss SMEs. The service calculates environmental indicators using official KBOB emission factors and generates PDF declarations. QuickVSME is a tool to assist in reporting — it does not provide legal, financial, or auditing advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered.

User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

Payment & Refunds

Each VSME declaration requires a one-time payment of CHF 49. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Once a declaration is paid and generated, it cannot be refunded as the digital product has been delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact support.

Limitation of Liability

QuickVSME is provided 'as is'. While we use official KBOB emission factors and follow the VSME standard, we make no guarantees about the completeness or legal sufficiency of generated declarations. You are responsible for reviewing all data before submission to stakeholders. QuickVSME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
